The staff were welcoming and offered a convenient luggage storage service. They also provided a trustworthy and reasonably priced airport taxi service. The Riad had a traditional and authentic atmosphere, and served a delightful light breakfast with Moroccan tea. The rooftop terrace was a peaceful haven, and the air conditioning in the room was a relief in hot August weather. The location was good, with just a short walk to the main square.
Felt like VIP guests, no reason to complain.

It is a very beautiful riad with excellent facilities. The staff is attentive and kind, and helped me navigate marrakech and book a trip to the sahara. The airport pickup went off perfectly and I absolutely recommend it. just eat the cost and get there in one piece without frustration.
It is a bit out of the way, which means its quiet but a wee bit dodgy at night for this solo female traveler. While nice, it is not as luxurious as its website and photos would have you believe.

Great place to stay - you really felt you were in the heart of everything. Helpful staff who gave us directions, booked taxis etc. Great Morrocan breakfast. It was very hot when we were there and the Riad was a cool haven - great shower and air conditioning. Lots of places to sit and chat at the end of a hot day.

Nice air conditioned room and great sun terrace. Very good breakfast. A very relaxing escape from the madness of the Medina. The pool is too small to swim in but good for cooling you feet.
The Riad, though not too far from Jemaa el-Fnaa is a bit difficult to find, down a dark alley if arriving at night any may require you to give the local kids a few coins for directions. If arriving at night the security guard speaks only french and is a bit impatient if you don't understand him.

The Riad is a hidden gem in a bustling city. The staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful, organizing trips and recommending places to visit. The room is clean and comfortable, offering a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The location is ideal, allowing us to easily walk to all the major attractions. We felt safe and secure throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious and satisfying. our experience at this Riad was truly amazing!

Cosy Hotel. Only 5 rooms. 10 min walking from Jaamal el Fna Square.
Located in a narrow street. Difficult to find the hotel without help.

Great breakfast with fresh orange juice and homemade jams. Convenient location near the main square. Nice room with a good bathroom and daily cleaning.
Some noise during the night from vendors, prayer call and cleaning, which started early in the morning. The "pool" was more like a water feature, not suitable for a swim.

The room at Riad Al Tainam was amazing! It had a cozy sofa and a nice dining area where we could relax and enjoy our meals. The air conditioning was a lifesaver, keeping us cool in the Marrakesh heat. We also loved the pool view from our room, it was so refreshing!
Honestly, I wasn't a big fan of the tile/marble floor in the room. It was a bit cold for my liking, but hey, that's just me.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel in the Medina. the location was great, situated in a small street that was quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. Secondly, the staff were very friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with the added bonus of having AC and a window that overlooked a side street. this hotel offered excellent value for money.
There was nothing that I felt could be improved at this hotel.

The hotel is located in a quiet street, away from the hustle and bustle of the main attractions in the old town. It's situated in an authentic neighborhood, with narrow backstreets that give you a true local experience. The staff is attentive and provides basic amenities such as rooms with a window facing the side street and working AC. The breakfast spread includes butter and jam, offering a simple but satisfying start to the day.
No major issues, everything was fine.

Excellent hotel. Service A+++. breakfast okay, room small but okay for city trip. Room and shower very clean. Only 10 minutes walking distance from central square which was easy to find. (first right, end of street left and straight ahead). Situated very quiet. taxi service from airport -- hotel and back well arranged. We eat there first evening which was also A+++. I don't think you will find a better hotel for these prices in this area.
